The Consultation

The consultation takes about 30 minutes and is performed by our Aesthetic Nurse, Katelyn Smith, RN, BSN. Katelyn will discuss the procedure in detail and help identify appropriate problem areas that would benefit from CoolSculpting^®. During that time, we will create a treatment plan to yield the optimum results for your specific problem areas. With this information, you will learn exactly what to expect when you arrive for treatment. If time allows, the consultation and treatment can certainly be performed on the same day.

Katelyn will also perform a complete review of your medical and surgical history, including any existing health problems, medications, and allergies. Contraindications for CoolSculpting include cryoglobulinemia or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria.
